When I execute the old version 3.0.9 - it opens and runs flawlessly.  I'm at a loss - not real familiar with the Mac OS environment yet.

Sorry for the late reply, life has me busy especially coming close to the holidays. I'll take a quick peek. IIRC 10.7 should still run but I can't be sure if xcode supports it until I take a look at included sdk's so for now bare with me and I'll see if I can fix it.
EDIT: Seems the latest xcode drops support for 10.7 and IIRC 10.7 is supposed to be a supported platform so I guess I may have to download an old xcode copy and manually import the sdk's for those platforms and may as well target 10.6 to boot too even though it's unsupported. So for now, Stick with the 3.0.9 version and I'll see if I can get a fix in.

See the 3.1.2 thread. I've figured out that the issue is that the current build isn't universal. Currently qbittorrent is 64-bit only.

Sorry for the misleading comment. 3.0.9 is 64bit only too. If the package wasn't build with 10.7 SDK, than that is likely the issue.
