transfer stopped with red status

Sometimes I see files stop downloading with status red stopped
I dont understand why and what is the red status

Possible causes are:

An error ... Check the execution log.

Seeding limit has been reached -> see Tools -> Options -> BitTorrent

Thanks for for info its now clear

as I am downloading via rss feed sometimes same files are added multiple times
for strange reasons these files then will stop somewhere betweeen 0 and 100% with file access error

the mainfile is already finished
I guess its a bug somewhat

If two files have the same name and the second is being moved to the destination location it will cause an "file access error."
