So I was trying to figure out how to make a rule to include all torrents. I have customized my RSS feeds on the tracker side, so I just wanted a rule to accept any torrent. I made a rule with the inclusion criteria of "?*" (without quotes). The "?" denotes any character, and the "*" denotes either 0 or any number of those characters repeating. So, to put it differently, this rule catches any torrent with 0, or any number of any characters in the title. That catches all torrents.

TL;DR: for a rule to catch all torrents, use "?*" (without quotes) in the must-contain field.

Good day, all

I moved from uTorrent to Qbittorrent recently.  So far, it looks like my RSS feeds are working since I see an episode list come up when clicking on a feed.  However, the episodes don't seem to be auto downloading.  I have to double click them to get them to download.  I just converted to Qbittorrent Thursday so I want to give it a little more time, but there are some feeds that should have downloaded.

Question:  Is there a way to mark a feed unread so I can do some testing and see if it auto downloads?  It looks like I can't but I wanted to ask.

I'm using the latest version of Qbittorrent, and like jflanag3, I set my filters on the website.  I am also going to give the ?* a try if nothing downloads tonight.  Auto downloading is enabled in options > RSS.  I looked up a lot of tutorials on Youtube and the very few I found in forums on the web and I FEEL like I'm doing everything correctly.

***EDIT:  Once I changed my "ignore subsequent matches..." to disabled, all my RSS feeds started to populate into my transfers.  So I set it to 5 days to see if it continues to work.

***EDIT:  One show downloaded.  It seems if I disable "ignore subsequent matches..." it works.  Once I did, the shows that aired last night came in.  I'll do more testing with it being disabled.

***EDIT:  Qbittorrent doesn't seem to be ready for prime time.  My RSS feeds are also not downloading into the directory I choose in my rule.  I may be going back to ole' uTorrent 2.2.1.

***EDIT:  Switched back to uTorrent.  Problem after problem with qBittorrent.

Thank you!

is there any way .. that I can replicate utorrents behavior ?

torrents that were picked by the rule and "auto downloaded" .. ->DONE
when I reach my seed-ratio .. it stalls ..................................DONE
when I remove them from the downloads the RSS Feed-Window "forgets them" ... OPEN ?

I now have the problem that my machine rebooted .. and suddenly qbittorrent started "checking" all the previously downloaded and finished RSS-torrents .. and wants to seed them anew

so how do I get the RSS-Feed to forget / remove the torrents as well .. the RSS-window fills rapidly with torrents and it gets a little confusing .. on utorrent that window was always nice and short since the removed torrents were removed from RSS as well
