Developers would you finally fix the registration, please?

That's the first thing we all did, but the software is still, after all those years, registering the magnet links wrong.
The Bug is still there.
The magnet links are still not registered correctly by the software.

@admin Would you do that to the developers, so that they may finally fix the registration?

The only way is to comment / "Star" the relevant bugreport on Github.

Sorry to thread necro, but im running into the same issue (windows 11). Magnet links suddenly wont auto open with qbittorrent. im on 5.0.1 and none of my qbittorrent settings look like the included screenshots with a setting to enable association. help?

i looked at windows "default apps" and there is a "MAGNET" -> choose default, but it wont let me pick qbittorrent adn directs me to the windows store app.

I had the same issue. I loaded an older version of qbittorrent (5.0) and it works now. The default apps MAGNET also works in settings now.
