Does anyone the file format of utorrent's resume.dat?

Any updates on this matter?
I'm really eager to use this to transition from utorrent to qBittorrent as I have a nice big history to transition that is not easy to do at all.

I'm not sure why, but I've stopped getting responses from sledgehammer. He's responded to other threads.. I'm 99% complete in a rough but quite comprehensive import script.
