I have a bunch of torrents stuck on Stalled. I can't start them, they are not fully downloaded. Anyone with the same issue? Anyone knows of a fix? The files still upload even when in Stalled mode, but doesn't download. The drives have free space on them.

I now have one at 100 percent downloaded. But if I click it, it say it has only downloaded 3 percent of the file. And it keeps moving from "Downloading" to "Stalled".
