Save settings

Hi,
I try to change the temp files folder but this isn't saved and if I delete it is automatically recreated when I open the app
I removed all the files in C: \ Users \ ... \ AppData \ Roaming \ qBittorrent , reinstalled app, only the temporary files folder isn't saved the others work
any fix?
