Unstable speed

Hi All,
I'm having some download speed issues with qBittorrent 4.4.3.1 + Mac Mini with Monterey.
I have 1Gbit internet connection, when starting download a torrent with many seeders, the speed start high, then decreasing quickly down till it reach to 10kb~ p\s. from that point the speed will stay low.
I tried to do some changes, following some google research but no success.
I tried to do the same from my Macbook, over the wifi and the speed was pretty steady, around 20mb\s. (same torrent same time)
I could also see that over my Mac Mini the peers are jumping around and changing all the time, while in the Macbook, there was only 10~ peers which are staying without changing.
There is anything I can do to solve it?
