I only get very slow downloads on order of 2Mbps with a ISP speed of 240 Mbps. I have supplied answers to the all questions below. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Speed test attached "connection speed" 240 Mbps down

Version and Operating System. QBittorrent V4.4.4, WIndows 10

Connections: Global maximum "500" and per torrent "100"
Listening port "64593"
Upload slots: Global maximum "20" and per torrent "4"
Half-open connection value: "cant find this setting"
Is uTP on or off? "on"
Rate limiting uTP? "infinite"
Encryption on or off? "Allow Encryption"
IPv6 on or off? "off in my router"
libtorrent version (use Help -> About -> Libraries to identify that) "2.0.7.0"
Connection status? (the icon on the status bar will tell you) "connected"
DHT node count (on the status bar) "343"
Are you using a proxy or a VPN? "VPN"

Do you seed more than download? or vice versa? "download"
How many tasks do you expect to run on average? "4"
Do you use the machine for other tasks simultaneous with BitTorrent downloads? "no, standalone"
Are there other users on the LAN? "No"
