Windows transferring all files to 2 HDD on Debian.

Hello!
Windows 10 is installed on an SSD. There are two HDDs on which downloads are stored, about 2000 pieces (1700 downloaded at 100%, 300 are swinging). They are scattered across two HDDs. qbittorrent 4.4.3.1 is installed. I want to install Debian and transfer downloads there. How do I migrate correctly? It takes a very long time to download and hash one file at a time. I repeat: HDD two.
