Can't get any Ratio

Hello there
I am not a technical person so please help!!
I am on qBitTorrent 4.4.5 which has been working fine in my HP desktop Windows 11 Home, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, 8.00 GB (7.77 GB usable) 11th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz.
I can download at very fast speed, but I just can't get any RATIO, none. My current setup:
Global max number of connections: 150
Max number of connections per torrent: 50
Global max number of upload slots: 20
Max number of upload slots p/torrent: 4
DHT and Pex enabled
Torrent queuing: 2, 2, 4
Download rate threshold: 10 KB/s
Upload rate threshold: 10 KB/s
Torrent inactivity timer 60s
Global rate limits: Infinite (upload and download)
Alternative: Infinite (upload and download)
I have read all kinds of possibilities but still can't find the right one to fix my problem. I feel it is basically a tweak to some of my settings but don't know which or how to.
Please HELP!

So you do have some ratio. Very small or nothing.
My point in asking about any leechers was about the fact that perhaps no one was needing what you have. Might be that is the case.
Sorry. I am no real help.

Are you using a VPN?
If not, do you have "Use uPnP/NAT-PmP port forwarding from my router" selected on the connection tab?
You can set up manual port forwarding by going here.
https://portforward.com/qbittorrent/

Yes, I do have "Use uPnP/NAT-PmP port forwarding from my router" selected on the connection tab. Currently on Port 51711, working fine.

Questions
- Are you using any kind of VPN?
- Are you using any kind of SOCKS proxy?
- Do you have your port forwarded by hand on your router, to your PC? (It's not good to rely on UPnP always. Some routers don't play nice.)
Tips
Don't limit your upload or active torrents like that. Do set download to 2 for example, as you wish.
But for the rest, simply put them to zero, click the down arrow and then they become infinite.
You want to run as many torrents as possible, to build a proper ratio. 1-2 torrents will never seed you much at all.

Thank you much for your comments and tips.
I have followed your suggestions and applied them as indicated. Will let you know if they work.
As per your questions:
- Are you using any kind of VPN?
YES, I am using PROTON VPN and "port forwarding" working nice. Port forwarded by hand.
- Are you using any kind of SOCKS proxy?
NO, not using any proxy, should I?
