QB 4.4.5 and Python

Hello dears,
I'm using this fantastic app since years, I can't remember starting from when, anyway
I'm just asking to myself two questions:
1. Why the latest version of QB install a 17 months old python version (3.8.10)?
2. If then I update python (3.9.15) I'll break the search engines reliability?
