For the life of me, I could not find any conclusive answer in the Internet as to what values would be best to use for the Connections Limits and Torrent Queueing settings in qBittorrent. I'm coming from Deluge. I have an 800/800 fiber connection and I have a DL cap of 720Mbps (90%) and a UL cap of 640Mbps (80%). My plan is to permanently seed everything (movies and tv shows) as I use the arrs in media management for Plex.

You don't have to touch the default values, they are totally fine.
If you enable Torrent Queueing, just set Active + Seeding to -1 and they should become infinite.
