Incomplete Save Path

Hello all.
I have quite a large number of torrents which have all been loaded from the same location using the same parameters. However a small number of them have an entry under the Incomplete Save Path column specifying the path to my incomplete torrents folder - which is empty.
I can't figure out why only these torrents would be displaying that.
Any suggestions?
