Windows 10 /Empornium Issue

Normally I just click download torrent and it goes straight to qBit and starts downloading
Now it goes to my file download folder on Windows and appears as .torrent file completed in VLC - it is not automatically forwarding to qBit
Interestingly I do not have this issue on Pirate Bay with Magnet Links
