File Download Problem

I recently updated to new version and now suddenly when I move my files they all are saving as torrent and not specific type I want like epub? How do I fix this setting or am I saving incorrectly? I usually prefer to click on magnet for downloading? I am suddenly at a standstill? Help appreciated!!
