Cross Seeding Help

I wanted to get the community opinion on how one setups qbittorrent for make cross seeding efficient?
I understand the concept, however, right now its a bit of a pain since there are issue with directory structure as well as naming conventions.
Any recommendations for setting up Qbittorrent to make Cross Seeding easier would be appreciated? I.e. moving/coping after download or unrar to a location, etc...
