Is there way to get 4.4.4v icons & colors on newest version?

I can't use newer versions because of the horrible icons. Themes I have tried only one set of them have old icons but they were dark themes. I like light theme with solid arrows, black when staller, green when downloading, 4.4.4v default please!

No.
But there is a feature coming as far as I know that will let you pick colors by yourself.
You can also apply custom themes.
