Crashing when files moved

I am running QB v4.3.5 as I have found it to be the most stable version when handling 100's of torrents without crashing.
But, I have found that if my Sonarr install moves files while QB still has the file listed for seeding, after a while QB just hangs with a white screen.
I need to move the files as they need to go to a totally different place and also need to be renamed so that they can be indexed correctly.
I dont have the space on my disks to keep two copies of these files, so I am a little stuck on what I can do.
Anyone with any ideas ?
