LAN transfer speed limit (on Mac)

Hi there,
My question is a bit specific and may not affect many people.
I have an internal 2.5Gbps LAN network. I use a cache on my Mac for incomplete downloads, then Qbittorent transfers them to a NAS when the files are complete.
I noticed that the LAN transfer speed is still limited to 1 Gbps. This is strange because Qbittorent goes up to a maximum of 2.5 Gbps for downloads. But for the full file transfer from the Mac to the NAS, it is limited to 1Gpbs. However, if I copy the files manually, I get the speed of 2.5Gpbs.
It's not keeping me up at night, but because I'm downloading very large files, it still takes twice as long.
Does anyone know how to get over the 1Gbps limit on LAN transfers?
