Extreme slow speeds, Bytes per second, Nothing has helped Unsolvable!!

I have been trying doing everything what was asked and absolutely nothing has helped I need someone with actual solution!
Qbitttorent v4.5.2 nothing has changed but all of a sudden my downloads have slowed down, and seeds have been dissapearing less and less for unknown reason.
I did everything what was asked get a new laptop, nothin, get a new EMPTY external harddrive ...sure bought a new 14 TB external drive...and still nothing.
I will attach images of my settings, I made some changes of the advice of many redditors on the qbittorrent subreddit, my internet speed is 80mbps
