Changing The Names Of Torrent Files

When I que up a new torrent I usually change the names of the folders/files to organize them better, but the name of the actual torrent file remains the same.Is there a way I can set it so the name of the torrent is automatically changed to match the folder/file name?That's how it always worked on utorrent.
