Torrents with Folders Help Pls

most of the torrents all have a parent folder and all i want is the media file not the other crap thats put in there AND i want it to go into 1 folder, not go into file explorer after every download and relocate the media file into another folder.
Is there a trick in the torrent box to remove the parent folder at the start?
