Re-check after closing qbittorrent

Hello everyone,
After closing qbittorrent and re-open again it starts to re-check all torrents.
I started to search over the internet but never found a solution for this behaviour.
Before closing, I put all torrents on pause and then close qbittorrent.
The storage for all my torrents is an external HDD which is powered on every time before starting qbittorrent.
Any thoughts on this behavior?
