qBittorrent lost a file while moving a folder

Hi! qBittorrent has just lost a file while moving a folder.
To be more precise - was moving my Baldur's Gate 3 GOG downloadable distributive from SSD I occasionally downloaded it to to ext USB HDD.
All the files moved successfully, but not the .exe one. Was just missing - stayed on source drive as I understand.
Fixed that by "Force check" and automatically re-downloaded the file but still the fact concerns me - so I cannot fully trust qBittorrent "Change location" function?
Antivirus was ON, yet log contains no alerts concerning this file.
Sourse folder also is a shared folder of cloud storage but I cant emagine how that could prevent moving one specific file from it win qBtt
