where can I find my total amount that Ive seeded for all time for each torrent and all torrents combined?

View/Statistics for the total data transferred thru the client since install.

Right click on the bar that shows the NAME of the torrents and you'll find a ton of options to view, including "uploaded" per individual torrent.
