Connection options help

Hi all,
I have a question regarding the "Connection" tab in the settings menu.
I've played a lot with these settings but I can't find the best solution so your help will be much appreciated.
My speed: Download 900Mbps (112.5 MB/s) and Upload 700Mbps (87.5MB/s)
Global maximum number of connections: 400
Maximum Number of connections per torrent: 100
Global maximum number of upload slots: 300
Maximum number of upload slots per torrent: 60
Are these ok, based on my speeds or should I change them? Also keep in mind that I am constantly seeding 30+ torrents.
