Port forwarding and UPnP problems

Hello guys and thank you to anyone who will be willing to help me.
I have the feeling that sometimes people cant really connect to me when i seed something. I'm not 100% sure but i'm trying to understand if ive done everything i should be doing.
Few things:
1- I have a router and using windows firewall.
2 - I set port X for the incoming connection (in options->connections), and opened it on my router and my firewall, if i use a page to check that port (like yougetsignal), it does say its open.
Now my question is, is that enough? I mean, i'm sure qBittorent use other ports as well right? Since ive enabled UPnP (but i think it'd be the same even without having it enabled), if qBittorent uses other ports, maybe it works thru my windows firewall, but what about my router? I have UPnP and NAT-PMP enabled on my router as well but you never know for sure.
So my question is, how many ports does exactly qbittorent use? I dont think it just uses the one i can choose in options->connections, if i turn off UPnP, does it just use that one and nothing else for sure, so i can be sure i'm reachable?
And what can i do to test if im reachable? A tool like yougetsignal works for a single port but if i dont know which ports # qbittorent uses i cant check for sure.
Thanks in advance!
