Created a new user (admin) and this happens

After creating another user account on Win 11 qBittorrent starts a torrent, then stops with the error.....

10/20/2023 9:27 AM - UPnP/NAT-PMP port mapping failed. Message: "could not map port using NAT-PMP: not authorized"
10/20/2023 9:27 AM - UPnP/NAT-PMP port mapping succeeded. Message: "successfully mapped port using NAT-PMP. external port: UDP/16881"

How to authorize?
