UI Lock Clear

Morning All,
As several users on this forum have done, I unintentionally locked my qbittorrent and don't know the password! I have searched the forum and tried the various solutions...none seem to work. Apparently, they are related to older versions of qbittorrent. I am running version 4.6.0 x64 on the latest version of Windows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have also tried re-installing several times to no avail. BTW, I don't remember ever setting a UI password!
