Big database for sharing

I have a large database of files downloaded from torrents (movies, distributions, games...) And they are located in different directories and many are renamed and have the same checksum as originally downloaded files.
It would be very desirable to add such functionality for distribution, when adding a torrent file from sites, the files would be checked in the torrent database and if the checksum matches, the file is not downloaded, but marked that it is downloaded and can be distributed to others (even if it is in a different folder and with a different name).
And do a manual checksum scan of all files in the directory list for this large database.
It could be several multiple terabytes

With some exceptions, torrents don't contain file checksums/hashes.
