Im running Portainer in a Raspberry Pi using DietPi os.
I have set up a radarr, sonarr, jackett and qBtt thing to download movies and tv shows.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the Pi, or Portainer. And Docker is not an official thing.
But others might have some tips regarding your issue.
