You can use the PPA, of course:
https://launchpad.net/~qbittorrent-team ... ent-stable
(if your release is supported.)

First of all thank you for your answer; I've used the konsole to install it and the last version avaiable is v4.5.4 (64-bit) it's not the 4.6.2 that is only for AppImage; not a big problem but it is not the last version, should be reported to Ubuntu 23.10 developers.

23.10
is supported by the PPA.
Please visit the link I posted and use the commands to upgrade to latest version.
PPAs allow you to keep software like qBittorrent to latest version without messing with your system.
Basically Ubuntu and Debian does NOT give you the latest software by default.
They do this because they could not keep up with new bugs and all the updates.
Other distributions like Manjaro or openSUSE Tumbleweed - the so called "rolling release distributions" - will offer the very latest, but this practice might introduce more bugs. It's a pros/cons kind of situation. Some people prefer this, some people prefer that.
Ubuntu with PPAs is a good compromise however.

If you ever want to remove a PPA, you can do so by using ppa-purge:
