qBittorrent and Pirate Bay

I have been using qBittorent as the default for Pirate-Bays.net for many years with no problems however from 01/12/2023 I noticed that my download speed was being throttled, so that 1GB of data would take over a day to download.
I did check with my ISP and the problem was not with them, I also did a check with my friends different ISP and also has the same problem that indicated it was a qBittorrent one. This was verfied when I downloaded a different torrent site and it then worked well.
As such I would appreciate if you could investigate this issue and advise accordingly
