Search function stopped working

Hello, I've been using qBittorrent for some years now, no problems.
Suddenly, search function has stopped working.... no results... goes almost straight to orange warning triangle with exclamation mark.
Upload transfers not affected
qBittorrent v4.6.2
Systems is Windows 10 LTSC
I have my own VPN setup (Pi-Hole) for outgoing requests - all worked fine until recently, doesn't work with VPN either on or off? turned Pi-Hole off, still nothing?
I have uninstalled Qbit and Python completely, reinstalled again via Ninite installer, Python 3.10.11 is the now version installed.
There are 2 entries in the Windows Firewall - one ticked for Private, the other for Public (My Pi-Hole/Wireguard is set as a public network)
Logs show all ok except UPnP
currently:
but after re-install, once only (I think??)
Not sure where else to look - maybe it was something in a Windows Update...?? or my ISP (Virgin Media(UK))????
Scratching my head now.... all suggestions greatly appreciated, can post logs if needed (I don't have any from when it did work ok).
Cheers,
neil
