I'm not sure what happened but Qbittorrent isn't downloading anymore. I have the latest version and I'm using IPVanish latest version also. I have set
IPVanish for Qbittorrent downloading. It has been working and seems to always be working, but as of the last couple of days it has seemed to stop.

Most likely an IPVanish or firewall problem. Unless you have disabled DHT, "DHT: 0 nodes" is strong indicator of a connection problem.
