plz help! Closed port. I did the firewall and port forwarding, still closed.

Hello!
My port is closed.

Qbit is mostly the default one. I didn't change much. the screenshots show the 2 things that I changed.
MY Internal IP (from ipconfig in CMD) and the IP I see on what's my IP adress on google, are DIFFERENT.
A guy suggested that it could be because of a NAT provider. And this would also cause the port forwarding problem.
I also set my IP to be statical and I use the DNS 1: 1.1.1.1 and DN2: 1.0.0.1
sooo these being said. thoughts?
