Strange folder appears on download drive

So there is a folder with no name that appeared on my download drive, if I open it, it has a copy of everything on that hard drive, but none of it can be accessed, it tells the location is unavailable. I thought perhaps it was a problem with that hard drive, so I changed my download folder to a newer drive but the folder just appeared again.
