As a blind user, I utilize qBittorrent with screen readers such as JAWS and NVDA. However, I am currently facing some accessibility challenges. For instance, the screen reader is unable to read File menu items, including "Add Link" or "Add File." Additionally, I can only ascertain the download speed and progress through the screen review indicators integrated into the screen reader. Could you please enhance the accessibility features?
