Weird and unexplainable behavior when downloading Ubuntu ISOs

Hi, can anyone provide some insight on what might be happening. I'm baffled by the behavior when downloading Ubuntu ISOs.

They seem to be working sporadically, most of the time seemingly being connected, but either not downloading (stalled) or getting connected to just a single peer (the weird thing is, it's always a peer with the same IP) and downloading at around 50 kB/s (my connection can do 50 MB/s). The situation today is even weirder. One of the torrents (Ubuntu 24.04 Desktop (64-bit).iso.torrent) connected fully and successfully downloaded at full speed. The other torrent (Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS.iso.torrent) from the same official Ubuntu source does not want to connect to any peers.

They both use THE SAME FRICKIN TRACKERS (screenshots attached) and all the trackers say they're working? How is this happening?

I've tested on another computer on the same network and the situation is very similar. Ubuntu Desktop downloaded with normal speed, but Ubuntu Server connected to a single peer downloading at about 50 kB/s.

Ports are open.

qBittorrent log:

Code: Select all

27. 05. 2024 19:16 - Successfully listening on IP. IP: "192.168.1.198". Port: "UDP/60057"
27. 05. 2024 19:16 - Successfully listening on IP. IP: "192.168.1.198". Port: "TCP/60057"
All online open port test check tools also say the same.

Torrents from private trackers work without a problem.

Does anyone have any clue what could be happening? I'm completely baffled.
