Trying to install 4.6.5 on Windows 10

So I'm downloaded the newest update and closed out of the currently running program. Double click I get the blue spinning mouse cursor for a second, then nothing happens. I'm on 64 bit OS and downloaded the x64. Don't know what's up. I've tried both regular qbittorrent and the lt20 version. No installer comes up or anything after I try to open the .exe. And I've restarted the computer.

No idea if this will help, but check the properties for the file and see if it has been blocked - see the
Security section at the bottom of the screenshot:

Windows tends to be quite suspicious of the qbittorrent installer, so maybe it is blocking the file.
I just installed v4.6.5 okay. After double clicking on the installer file, I got the blue "do you really want to install" warning, but after clicking through that, i.e. first click for more info and then the install option, the installation proceeded as normal.
