Moving files to a new drive

Post by whytewolves »

I currently have qBittorrent running on my system, but I am about to upgrade to a server.
I would like to know how I go about exporting all my files from several PCs to one HDD?
I am building a Proxmox server and plan on using it mainly as a media server where I can also have my files download directly to.
I will be using the same case but new HDD for OS and a lot of reconfigurations going on.

I actually have a question and I am not sure whom to ask, and I am hoping one of you can help with my question.
I have qbittorrent installed on several machines downloading different content. I am getting ready to build a server and I would like to migrate all instances of qbittorrent to one on the new to be server. I am willing to shut down the service for a while as I get the server up and running the way I'd like. My question is twofold, how do I move a qbittorrent download file from one HDD to another? I have found many tutorials, but none seem to have worked correctly. And is it possible to merge multiple instances of these together into one download session?

A response of any kind would be greatly appreciated, whether you can help or not.
