Shift select of torrents not working as expected

Hello:
New user moved from uTorrent to qBittorrent.
On search saw an old topic about this issue. It appears that one can still not Shift select a group of torrents and then process them. Ctrl select works fine. Not sure this is a bug, but definitely helpful to have this feature. I used it often in uTorrent.
Windows 11; qBittorrent 4.6.6.
