Two devices on the same network in the same location, but very different download speeds.

Really hoping someone can help me with this. Been using qbittorrent on my laptop for years with consistent download speeds. Never had an issue for as long as I can recall. Recently bought a Mini PC to act as a Plex Media Server. Plan is to connect it to my router and keep it running 24/7. However right now it's in my room, where I also use my laptop. Decided to download qbittorrent on it as my thinking is, will do majority of downloading on the laptop, however, for larger files or when downloading multiple files, I can use QB on the Mini PC as since it's wired in, I'll get faster download speeds.
So I set QB up, added the search engine and a few plugins, and decided to download a recent movie. However it is downloading ridiculously slow at 5KiB/s. I tried the exact same file on my laptop (which is right next to the Mini PC and getting the same result on speedtest of 80Mbps), and it downloaded like normal at 10MiB/s. I then went on the QB settings on my Mini PC and matched them to be the exact same as my Laptop. Still slow as hell and I can't understand why.
Both devices are connected to Mullvad with the same settings and also binded QB to the vpn on both. Laptop is running Windows 11 Home while the PC has Windows 11 Pro. It's a complete mystery to me but hopefully someone here can help? Thanks alot.
