qBittorrent official forums

Hello noob here I'm wondering if qbittorrent is causing issues with the Internet browsers, all of them, to not load web pages even though Internet is up. Also I can't use the search feature or the update feature. I've watched YouTube videos on this issue and have had limited success resetting the browsers and the search inside of qbittorrent I have rebooted till I'm blue in the face. I'm using windows 10 and I believe the latest version of Python. Can anyone help me with this please?

Just starting qBittorrent and it kills your internet? You dont have ANY torrents loaded/running JUST you open the app?
