qBittorrent official forums

G'day,

The subject pretty much says it all. Running V4.6.7 as it's the latest whitelisted version for my DL site, and it doesn't prompt for download location on torrent add. Running on Windows and it works perfectly otherwise.

I have a library of media, and each torrent has its own directory, which is why I need to manually assign a DL location upon torrent add to qBittorent.

I understand this function should be enabled by selecting: Options > Downloads > When adding a torrent > (checkbox both) Display torrent content and some options, and, Bring torrent dialogue to the front....no?

I'm wondering whether this is a glitch and I need to reinstall, or whether I'm selecting the wrong fields. I couldn't find any other option that looks like it'd do the job. Feeling a bit dumb here as I'd imagine it should be fairly straightforward.

I've searched google and these forums and couldn't find any advice that definitively says what I'm doing wrong.
