[Solved, itself, somehow...] Please help me get my speed back.

Hello World,
Yesterday sometime during the day the ethernet cable(where it enters the motherboard) came a bit loose/wasn't making the connection properly, I figured that out when I first noticed in qbit that my speeds where trash, then I did a speedtest.net and indeed my speed was about 10% of what it should have been.
So I jiggled the cable a bit and everything went back to normal, everything that is apart from qbit!!
I have no idea how/why/what changes got applied under the hood(because my connection became unstable I assume?), or what applied them(was it qbit itself, or the OS, or...) but the speeds are still utter trash.
To clarify speedtest.net now reports everything back in the proper ranges of 800-900 mbps with pings under 20 ms, canyouseeme.org reports my port is still open, so it should work.....
And speeds in other places, such as downloads through the browser for example from sites like mega.whatever are fine/fast.
Things I've tried:
- renamed the and folders to get qbit to go back to default settings. Then fired it up, changed only the port(didn't touch any other setting) and added a torrent, still crap. So I put my original folders back.
- not sure if this affects programs such as qbit(shouldn't if I understand it correctly) but just to be safe I changed the dns from the regular adguard one I use to google dns, then to my isp dns, then back to the adguard one. Nothing.
- updated my system this morning which also took qbit from version 5.0.2 to 5.0.3, nada!...

Pretty please, what else can I do?!?!
My system is
Let me know if you need any other info.
Thank you in advance.
