this option is needed, on some occasions i notice that even though a force recheck concluded successfully (talking about the advanced option that rechecks automatically after a download), the file is still incomplete, then i force recheck for a second time and it ends up downloading the last tiny bits again, odd but happens

- switch libtorrrent version. either use v2 if you are on v1, or the opposite
- check your storage and file system
