Webui don't load any torrent

I use arch linux with qbittorrent-nox.
The web interface does not load the central part, that is, the one where there is the list of torrents. This only remotely, because if I access from the local network it loads correctly.
I have had this problem for a few months, without having changed anything. I tried to downgrade the version, in sequence I tried 5.0.1, 5.0.3, now I have 4.6.6 (which worked correctly).
Before I had installed jackett, now I have removed that too.
I have attached the screenshot of the interface loaded remotely.
I don't know what to do anymore.

Check your browser maybe? Try different one(s)?

I tried on different browsers, on different Linux systems. I don't understand why it works on the local network but on the same computer and same browser connected remotely it doesn't work.
I thought about some router settings, maybe it was updated and since then the problem happened but I don't know what to look for other than port forwarding, upnp, and various remote access settings.

I don't know what setting could be creating this problem but it's almost certainly a problem with the router and not with qbittorrent since I also tried deluge and the web interface doesn't load remotely, while in the local network it works perfectly. When I have time I'll try to replace the router, for now I tried to reset it and the problem remained.

Hi everyone, I'm still running tests to solve the issue... Today I replaced my home router with a Fritzbox 7590, but the problem remains the same. As mentioned earlier, I’ve already tried setting up a virtual machine with qBittorrent and also tried accessing it remotely from different computers, both Linux and Windows, but the issue is always the same. Everything was working fine until a few months ago, then all of a sudden the remote web UI became unusable. I was almost sure it was the modem, but could it be some filters applied by the provider? What happens seems like the interface loading gets interrupted too early, as if it’s timing out.
