No seeds or peers

I'm encountering an interesting problem.

I'm running qBittorrent on a Windows 11 desktop. I'm using Private Internet Access as my VPN and my ISP is Cox.

"All of a sudden" a few days ago, I'm see zero seeds or peers. See first attached image.

When I check the Trackers button, they're either Not working or Unreachable. This raises sort of a red flag for me. See second attached image.

Anyone else having issues like this?

I deleted all of the trackers and replaced them with the list of trackers on https://torrends.to/torrent-tracker-list/.
They are all Unreachable or Not Working.
Since all of the servers are listening on port 1337 or 6969, it's hard for me to imagine something on my end blocking access to that port (but I have shutdown Glasswire (firewall) - no change).
Suggestions?

Coupla years back, I had a similar problem, also with Cox, and a small handful of specific trackers. Not sure if your issue is the same, as I have not been with Cox in 4 years or so, but it's worth a look. Cox was running some wonky security software server side, that it turns out was the culprit. It's on by default. I was able to log into my cox account, and disable their security software, and my tracker issued disappeared. Hopefully they are still up to the same well intentioned shenanigans, and this is your issue, and solution, as well.
